It's Been a Busy Time at Pack 230

The Blue & Gold dinner saw us saying goodbye to our Webelos IIs as they left Cub Scouts. Many of the rest of the Pack also received patches. Check out all of the action right here.

Only one week after the Blue and Gold Dinner, a group of Cub Scouts and their families were off to visit the Air & Space Museums in Washington. Whether you went or not, you have to check out these pictures.

The boys were recently at Camp Rodney for the Council's Family Camping Weekend. See what they got up to by following this link.

The Webelos were also camping recently. We were hosted at the Camporee by Troop 50 and had a great time. See pictures of the fun right here.

Just a couple of weeks ago, the Pack went to the Brandywine Zoo for a Scout-focussed day of activities. We had a great time learning about the animals, their habitats, making crafts and playing games. You can see much of the fun by clicking here.

The Tiger Den had a fun trip to see the brand new Avondale Fire Company Firehouse. They got to climb about the trucks, wear Firefighting gear, and play with a thermal imaging camera. I am sure they learnt something too - what a great trip.

Come Join Cub Scouts!

Come on ....and bring a friend!  Are you in the first through fifth grade and do you like making new friends, learning about the great outdoors, or just having fun?  Did you miss our annual Scout Open House?  Well don't worry.   You can still join Cub Scouts by coming to any Pack Meeting.  Come and become part of the excitement.  If you aren't sure about scouting, come to a meeting and learn what Scouting is all about before you make up your mind.  

Interested students and their families can join Cub Scouts at any Pack Meeting.   Monthly Pack meetings are usually held on the second or third Friday of each month at 6pm at the Tatnall School.   Check our calendar for meeting dates and important Pack events.
